After a year of upgrades, the house is now well-appointed, luxurious, and relaxing. We have shared magical gatherings there with family and friends. We now have a special offer we want to share with you:

What you get:

  • Use of this beautiful estate for 10 weeks per year

  • Gathering for your friends & family on weeks, holidays, or weekends — your choice (sleeps 8 adults in King Beds + 4+ kids in pull-out/loft beds)

  • Hassle-free, turn-key access —- all upkeep, furniture,  landscaping, and utilities taken care of by Peter & Alice

  • Garage to store your stuff (kids bikes, food, wine, etc.)

Key Terms:

  • 12-month commitment:  June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020

    • Commitment By May 1: $25,000 + 1 weekend prior to June 1

    • Commitment By June 1: $29,000

      • Note: upon the completion of each stay, a house cleaning is required ($250)

    • Upon agreeing to this share, families select one of the following prime holiday weeks, and a 3-day weekend. Preference in order of signing up.

      • Other major holiday 3-day weekends (choose 1):

        • MLK, Jr.: Monday, January 21

        • Columbus/Indigenous Peoples’ Day: Monday, October 14

        • Veterans Day: Monday, November 11
